1. Find a Parking Bay
- Open the JustPark app or visit the JustPark website.
- Enter your destination or current location to see available parking spaces nearby.
- You can filter results by price, distance, or type of parking (e.g., on-street, private driveway, or parking lot).
- Each listing provides details such as access instructions, opening hours, and available spaces.
2. Select Your Vehicle and Duration
- Choose which vehicle you want to park if you have multiple vehicles saved in your account.
- Set the start and end time for your parking session.
- JustPark calculates the price automatically based on the duration and location.
3. Review Your Booking
Carefully check the booking details, including:
- Vehicle registration
- Parking location and directions
- Start and end time
- Price and any additional fees
Please note: Some spaces may require special instructions, such as a gate code or a note to the host.
4. Make Payment
- Pay securely using the JustPark app or website. You can use debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email or in the app.
- Your confirmation will include the exact location, access instructions, and any special notes from the parking provider.
5. Park and Go
Follow the directions provided in your booking confirmation.
- Park in the reserved space and note any access codes, signs, or instructions.
- You do not need to carry cash or pay on-site; your payment is fully handled through JustPark.
6. Extend or Manage Your Booking
- If you need to stay longer than planned, you can extend your parking session directly through the app or website without returning to your car.
- Once your account is set up, you can proceed with your parking payment.
